The service
Klinth provides a private, web-based household dashboard. You access it through a random address and sign in with a passkey stored on your device.
Your account
- Keep your hub link safe. It is random and cannot be recovered if lost.
- You are responsible for who you share the link with; anyone with it can attempt to sign in.
- Do not use Klinth for anything unlawful, or to store content you have no right to store.
Availability
We aim to keep Klinth running, but it is provided as-is without a service guarantee. The tablet keeps working offline from its last saved state when the network is unavailable.
Billing and cancellation
Planned pricing is $3.99 per month or $34 per year, after a 14-day trial. During the beta no payment is taken. When billing starts you may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
If something is broken, contact us and we will make it right. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
Hardware and safety
Klinth is software. We do not sell tablets. If you mount a device or manage charging, follow the manufacturer's instructions. Using a smart plug reduces time spent at 100% charge; it does not extend battery life and is not a safety device.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wayfield is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Klinth, including missed reminders, lost links or data removed at your request.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page.
